I saw a friend of mine do this meme, and I thought it was neat. Since my first picture of Starfire in the Young Justice style is shit, yet oddly is really popular, I thought I should re-do this one. Before I did Starfire (in October 22, 2011) as an Adult in goofy early 90's hair. This new version of Starfire (in January 2, 2013) is a Teen. Also I thought first isn't in the Young Justice style, and made the outfit a bit more interesting. Anyway, what do you think?
I like the form from the before. I like the length of the hair and how she looks confident. In the second one she looks unsure and nervous. I believe the coloring is not so flat from the before. The lines are both extremely clean and great in both. Though, I must say I like the aura from the before. (: Great work, keep it up!
Hmm... I think I like them both equally. Sorry. I know that's not what you want to hear, you'd rather hear about your improvement. ... So I'll tell you: in the second, you've definitely captured the YJ style better! There's no doubt you've improved. And her outfit has that YJ feel to it. But to me, I like the hair and eyes of the 'before' picture a lot better. I really love her hair in the 'before' picture! *3* I think if you didn't change her hair style, and if you had kept the pupil-less eyes, the 'after' picture would have looked amazing. *Oh yah. And the purple lipstick. Love the purple lipstick. *
You know I probably should have made a before and after on this one. Everyone has no tastes. I fucking hate my before on this one. I only keep it around because it brings people to my page. Ugh. The proportions is all wrong for YJ, the hair is awful, the outfit doesn't fit YJ at all... There is too much of 90's Starfire in here and not enough YJ in it. Yet.... everyone likes the ugly one better. I can not figure it out.
Your Before picture has better proportion for the arm length. The first one has more dynamic shoulder that makes her posture look straight, while the second one looks more slouched. ect.. The first looks much more dynamic, period.
